Keep in mind the book just launched and other retailers (Target, Walmart, etc) have separate launch dates based on their inventory. Inventory is limited due to demand, so allow some time for your book to arrive (Amazon now says February 20th) this is roughly the same delay as on the Book Club Bookstore. The eBook will not be available until around March 1st at the discretion of the publisher. So if you want the eBook, the wait is just a while longer.
